Plastic bags are most likely end up in landfills. Every year nearly 500 billion plastic bags are contributed and less then 3% are recycled. They are typically made of polyethylene and can take up to 1,000 years to biodegrade in landfills. The production, decomposition and disposal by burning of plastic bags releases greenhouse gases that contribute to global warming. Although the burning of fossil fuels has a much greater impact, the production and disposal of plastic bags plays a part in this terrible global phenomenon. Remember that every little bit counts!
How to reduce plastic bag consumption? Simple. Start using reusable bags. Reusable bags are made of various kind of materials such as organic cotton, hemp, recycled cotton, recycled hemp, recycled PET, and many more. They are not only super strong & durable but also eco-friendly and available in different colours and patterns.

Meaning of my symbol(a little bit different from the write-up):
Bring your own bag. Use less plastic bags!
Brown represent earth and nurturing. Green represent Earth mother, nature, environment, and healing. Heart-shaped leaf represent love and care for our mother nature.
